All that is needed is for someone skilled enough to understand the direction the bone has moved out and put it back where it belongs. There really is very little actual tissue damage, unlike with a shoulder. Typically, I can run the next day. This took a bit longer because I had to wait for an appointment that fit my schedule. I should be back in business early next week. I'm going to give this a little more time because I'm waiting to get some new running shoes ;)acehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15700457140778271786noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1508284748757583481.post-64180374803301040072009-04-06T19:41:00.000-05:002009-04-06T19:41:00.000-05:00Reading your blog for the first time in awhile. I actually prefer the Y but getting there can be hit or miss. I hadn't been to your blog in a while, glad to see you are still around.

Yeah TT I'm pretty used to the dislocated foot thing now. The only reason I knew what it was versus some sort of stress fracture or pulled ligament was I had an over zealous yoga teacher dislocate my other foot when I was in teacher training by stepping on it to make it flatten out. So I suppose I should thank her, no MRI this time ;)acehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15700457140778271786noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1508284748757583481.post-21880252283620525732009-03-31T19:17:00.000-05:002009-03-31T19:17:00.000-05:00Gak - that's pretty painful! I have to confess to a touch of jealousy - I've been meaning to hammer out a purposeful workout schedule for ages. Hey - I know! - publish yours and I'll piggyback.Triteacherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05754535685183391497noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1508284748757583481.post-81714291091284039872009-03-31T16:01:00.000-05:002009-03-31T16:01:00.000-05:00I had no idea you could dislocate a foot bone. I thought I saw you there but truth be told I am not 100% sure I would recognized you in public since I have just seen the few pics on your blog to gage what you look likeVeganCowboyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17989281188316101123noreply@blogger.com
