So I've been delving into the Raw Food world a bit deeper this year since I've taken time away from racing. So while I'm still training, without the time sensitive nature of racing, I'm finding I have much more free time. With that time I'm working on becoming better at preparing food that I like to eat and that can assist in my performance. I'll go into more detail later but here are some pictures of the food I've been learning to create.
